DID YOU KNOW?
On July 4th more fires are reported than any other day & fireworks account for more than 1/2 of them

1. Always keep a fire extinguisher near by when you are grilling, enjoying a fire in the yard, lighting fireworks and if you use tiki torches or candles out side.  Never throw fireworks into a fire.

2.  Be sure all your fire works are picked up from the yard, watered down and placed in a fire pit, not in your garbage can.  Although fire works may seem to be finished burning, like a smoke bomb or sparkler, you would be surprised how many garbage cans catch on fire from fire works that are still hot.

3. Never allow children to be barefoot when doing sparklers. Although the fireworks that you can purchase at your local convenient store seem harmless, they still are dangerous and all children need adult supervision.  Sparklers can burn as hot as 1,200 degrees.

HAVE A GREAT FOURTH OF JULY FROM EVERYONE AT EFR FIRE & SAFETY!

What Our Clients Are Saying

"These guys really help you with your fire extinguisher and emergency light issues. So I found them online and called and talked to the owner not a answering service or automated phone thing, then a service guy came and explained a lot of safety tips with me and stuff I didn't ever think of, so the fire inspector from the city fire department came to check out my fire equipment was impressed with how fast I got the EFR service company to take care of my fire extinguisher inspection. I am happy with the price." Mike P. Orland Park
